One Tower, Four Rides, $270,000 in Video Sales
See how Kool Replay's fully automated video system turned one tower and four rides at Mountain Monster into $270,000 in video sales.
Project overview
A purchase window that stays open long after the visit ends.
Fun Spot America operates amusement parks in Orlando and Kissimmee, Florida, home to two of the tallest Sky Coasters in the world and signature roller coasters. Before Kool Replay, the team recorded rides manually with handheld cameras and USB drives: quality and camera angles varied depending on who was behind the lens. A separate vendor handled one ride’s photography system and was slow to respond when equipment went down, and lost sales piled up during every outage. Kool Replay replaced both with high-end cameras, self-service kiosks, and a purchase window that stays open long after the visit ends.

Solution deployed
Certified Capture, from the Coaster Drop to the Sky Coaster Free Fall
On the Sky Coasters, multiple synchronized cameras capture the full free fall from several angles, close enough to read every guest’s expression on the way down. On the roller coaster in Georgia, a certified on-ride camera fires at the peak of the drop. Guests exit to self-service kiosks and screens where they can view and buy their content immediately, or scan a QR code to complete the purchase from their phone, any time in the next 90 days.
A fully automated photo and video system turns every drop into a sale guests can complete whenever they’re ready.
